Chef to Be is Calgary’s most lethal blackbox cooking competition, bringing together six of Calgary’s top restaurants and chefs including Anju, River Cafe, Avec, The Post Hotel, Cannibale & Rouge! Chefs are paired with a student apprentice from SAIT Culinary to create 12 inspired dishes paired with the perfect wine. A SAIT student will receive a $5,000 scholarship, and attendees are able to indulge in mouthwatering food, participate in a silent auction to raise money for the culinary campus, and sample some of Willow Park’s incredible wine selection.
